• Gift Certificates can be purchased with Cash, Debit, Visa and Master Card. We do not accept cheques or American Express

• Downtown Kitchener Gift Certificates are
non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

• Downtown Kitchener Gift Certificates may be applied towards the purchase of any goods or services offered by Downtown Kitchener Businesses

• Downtown Kitchener Gift Certificates do not expire

• Purchases must be made in person. Phone orders will not be accepted.

• Bonus Dollars only apply on increments of $50

• On Bonus Days/Incentive Days there is a limit of $300 in Downtown Kitchener Gift Certificates per person (Max of $60 bonus dollars).
